Application Process for The Tiny Footprints Project
– A $25 Non-Refundable Application fee is due at time of application.
NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee:
Fee covers the costs associated with portfolio review, necessary materials, technology for archiving files, and database fees.
As a non-profit organization, all donations and fees go toward the cost of running The Tiny Footprints Project, which was established to help families capture these precious moments while they are living in the NICU.
Due to the large volume of applications we receive, with photographers seeking to build their portfolio, or receive a portfolio review, we have also established this fee to help encourage applications from only those photographers who seek to make a commitment to TTFP and the families we serve.
We require our photographers to be able to show a portfolio of work demonstrating consistently good focus, exposure, white balance and editing. Please do NOT include landscape photography in the portfolio for review.
It is vital that the photographer understands the exposure triangle and can operate the professional camera in manual mode.
Sessions are carried out in the NICU where lighting is often very low, so a demonstrated ability to work in a low light situation without flash, lighting or reflectors is also needed.
Photographer must be experienced and have a licensed business.
Photographer must carry liability insurance.
Photographer must reside in the USA.

The Tiny Footprints Project Volunteer work is for professional photographers that are looking at giving back to their community. The Tiny Footprints Project offers professional photography to families with babies living in the NICU.
